I gave some good managerial ideas to Rach (I call her with my that name)as I’m postgraduated in MBA.I proposed to have a social calendar (basically it’s a calendar of birthday and anniversaries of team members) for all the team members so that we can rock the floor during those days.It was also decided that ‘celebrity’ shall give a treat,while others make arrangements for the party.It was liked by her and even by everyone in the team,as most of them were away from their families.Accordingly,a calendar had been prepared and coincidentally the first event was her birthday.We have to arrange for her party and she has to give a treat after that.I made some special arrangements for her party like blasting balloons bouquets, champagne,flowers and of course her favorite chocolate cake.I noticed she’s blushing all the day for the event .The event was organized well and was appreciated by Rach.Afterward,she called us for dinner at a club.The day went off well.The next day being Sunday,everyone enjoyed the party till late night.After the dinner,when I’m about to return
